How do I reset or change my password?

Managing your account password ensures secure access to your workspace. You can update your existing password directly from your personal settings while logged in, or request a password reset link if you are locked out or created an account through an external platform.

How to change or reset your password

Changing your password while logged in

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Personal Settings and select the change password tab.
  3. Enter your current password in the designated field.
  4. Type your new password and save your updates.

Resetting your password when logged out or using external sign-in

  1. Go to the password reset page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Submit the request to receive a password reset link via email.
  4. Open the link in your email and follow the instructions to set your new password.
