User roles

To manage your account properly, junbi allows you to assign different roles to match each team member's exact needs. This ensures everyone has the right level of access to get their work done within the platform.

Understanding the different roles

Currently, junbi offers three specific user roles:

  • Tenant admin: This role has full access to junbi's capabilities. A Tenant admin can access the account settings menu, add or remove users, and manage team presets. They are also the only users who can view and manage billing and invoicing details.
  • User: This is the standard role for team members actively running tests. Users can create, view, and manage predictions, which includes creating folders and organizing files. They can also access their personal settings to update their password or email address.
  • View only: This role is designed for stakeholders who just need to see the results. View-only users can log in and view all predictions on the account, but they are restricted from uploading new videos or running predictions.

Changing a user's role

A user's role can always be changed at a later point in time. For a complete step-by-step guide on how to update a team member's permissions, please read our article on adding, editing, or removing users.

💡 Pro Tip:

If you are inviting a client or external partner to review results, always assign them the View only role. This prevents accidental changes to your prediction data while keeping them fully informed on the campaign's performance.
