Effectiveness Over Time: Reading Performance Graphs
The Effectiveness drivers over time graph in junbi provides a second-by-second visual analysis of your ad. It plots the performance of your three core metrics across the entire duration of your video. This timeline allows you to see exactly which specific scenes are performing well and which ones need improvement.
The Strategic Value
An ad-level summary score tells you how your video performs as a whole, but it cannot show you where specific creative elements succeed or fail. Analyzing this second-by-second timeline allows you to isolate the exact frames where viewer attention drops, giving you the precise data needed to edit and optimize your creative before launch.
How to use the timeline graph
- Open your ad test results in the junbi dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Effectiveness drivers over time section.
-
Review the three color-coded line graphs. The purple line represents Ad Breakthrough, the yellow line represents Brand Attention, and
the light blue line represents Cognitive Ease.

-
Hover your mouse over any part of the timeline graph to see the exact percentile scores for that specific scene. Clicking the timeline automatically updates the video player preview window above it to show the exact visual frame matching that timestamp.

-
Click the eye icon next to a metric's name on the right side of the graph to toggle it on or off. This helps you isolate and focus on a single score at a time.

💡 Pro Tip
Isolate the metrics: When diagnosing a complex video, do not try to analyze all three lines at once. Click the eye icon to turn off Brand Attention and Cognitive Ease first. Focus entirely on the purple Ad Breakthrough line to see where you lose the viewer's general attention before you optimize the other specific drivers.
