Understanding user roles
User roles in expoze define what team members can see and do within your organization workspace. By assigning specific permission levels to team members, administrators control access to account configurations, subscription details, and visual ad testing features.
Strategic value
Structuring user roles ensures team members have the access needed for their specific workflow while protecting sensitive account settings and preventing unauthorized changes to organization subscriptions.
Available user roles
- Tenant admin: Provides full access across the entire expoze platform. Admins can manage account configurations, view billing, configure Single Sign-On (SSO), and invite or remove workspace users under Account settings.
- User: Provides access to core visual testing capabilities. Users can upload new ad creative and run predictive models, but cannot access Account settings, billing, or user management.
- View only: Provides read-only access to existing test results. View only members can review processed ads and heatmaps within the platform, but cannot upload new creative, run visual models, or access Account settings.
💡Pro Tip
Assign the View only role to external stakeholders or client contacts who need to review processed visual attention results without risk of consuming testing credits or altering workspace settings.
