How to export heatmaps, AOI data, and raw data
Exporting your results allows you to share visual attention predictions with colleagues or use the data for advanced analysis. You can download standard heatmaps, Area of Interest data as a CSV file and raw black and white heatmap data directly to your device.

Understanding your export options
Before downloading your files, it helps to know exactly what each export option includes.
Standard Heatmaps
This option includes all the standard visual heatmaps generated for your specific file.
Areas of Interest
This feature exports your created Areas of Interest as a structured CSV file for easy spreadsheet analysis.
Raw heatmap data
Raw heatmap data is essentially a black and white heatmap built by our Artificial Neural Network. It consists of numbers ranging from 0 (showing up as black to indicate no attention) to 255 (showing up as white to indicate high attention).
How to export your data
- Navigate to the media item you want to export in your workspace.
- Click the Download icon located in the dropdown when clicking the three dots.
- Review the options in the popup menu.
- Select Heatmaps if you only need the visual predictions.
- Select Complete if you want the visual heatmaps along with your AOI CSV file and raw heatmap data.
- Click Generate underneath your chosen option.
- Click the newly generated link to download a zip folder containing your files automatically.
💡Pro Tip
Always use the Complete export option if you plan to compare AOI scores across multiple designs. Having the CSV file makes it much easier to build custom spreadsheet reports or presentations for your clients.
