Password resets

Whether you want to update your security details or simply forgot your login credentials, resetting your junbi password is a quick and easy process. You can reset it directly from the login screen or change it from within your account settings.

Scenario 1: Resetting a forgotten password (Logged out)

If you cannot access your account because you forgot your password, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the junbi login screen.
2. Click the Forgot password? link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your junbi account.
4. You will receive an email with a secure link and further instructions to reset your password.

Scenario 2: Changing your password (Logged in)

If you are already logged in and want to update your current password, follow these steps:

1. Click on the menu icon (the three dots) on the right-hand side of the junbi interface.
2. Select Personal settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the Manage password section.
4. Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and click Change password.

Scenario 3: Forgot your password (Logged in)

If you are logged in but cannot remember your current password to authorize the change, you do not need to log out.

1. Navigate to the Manage password section in your Personal settings.
2. Simply click the reset link located just below the 'Change password' button.
3. You will receive an email with instructions to securely reset it.
