The Strategic Value

A well-structured account allows your team to find historical campaign data quickly. Efficient file management ensures you can easily organize your video iterations and keep your workspace clutter-free for seamless team collaboration.

How to create and manage folders

Folders help you group related campaign assets together.

  1. To create a new folder, navigate to the top-level predictions page.
  2. Click the New folder button.

  3. Enter a clear folder name and click Create.

To rename, move, or delete an existing folder

Hover over the right side of the folder name and click the 3 dots menu. Select your desired action and confirm it. Please note that moving a folder into another folder will turn it into a sub-folder.

How to manage individual files

You can easily manage single predictions directly from your home screen.

  1. Locate the file you want to manage.
  2. Click the 3 dots menu on the right side of the file row.
  3. Choose to Rename, Move, Delete, or Download the prediction.
  4. To view specific file information like the date, brand name, ad type, and viewer mode, check the Prediction details panel located in the file overview.

How to manage multiple files at once

If you have multiple assets to organize, you can perform actions in bulk.

  1. Select the checkbox on the left side of the prediction row for each file you wish to manage.
  2. To select all files on the current page, check the box in the header row next to the Video ad column label.
  3. Once your files are selected, a blue row will appear at the top of the table.
  4. Click Move, Download, or Delete from this blue menu.
  5. If moving files, select the destination folder and click Move to confirm.

💡 Pro Tip

Delete with caution: If you choose to delete a folder, you will permanently delete all the predictions stored inside it. Always double-check the contents of a folder before you hit the delete button to ensure you do not lose valuable benchmark data.
