When a workspace upgrades to an Unlimited Subscription, the credit counter is replaced by full unlimited plan access across your account.

How to view, change, or cancel your plan

1. Log into your account and click Account settings.
2. Select the Plan & billing tab.
3. Review your active workspace status. Pay-as-you-go accounts display your available credit balance, while subscribed accounts display your current plan state.
4. Click View and manage your billing details to open the secure billing portal.
5. Select the option to switch billing intervals, transition between Pay-as-you-go and an Unlimited Subscription, or cancel an active plan.
6. Confirm your selection to apply the updated subscription terms to your workspace.

How to top up credits on Pay-as-you-go

If your workspace runs on the Pay-as-you-go model and requires additional testing capacity, follow these steps to purchase credits:

1. Log into your account and click Account settings.
2. Select the Plan & billing tab.
3. Check your remaining credits under Current credit balance.
4. Choose your preferred credit bundle under Add credits.
5. Click Add credits to open the checkout page.
6. Enter your payment details and click Pay to immediately add the credits to your shared account balance.
