How does the pay-as-you-go system work?

The expoze credit system provides a flexible, pay-as-you-go model for visual attention predictions without requiring a recurring monthly commitment. Every new account receives a one-time allocation of 5 free credits upon sign-up, allowing teams to evaluate assets immediately. Each static image heatmap prediction deducts 1 credit from your workspace balance, giving team administrators clear control over testing capacity.

Strategic value

Operating on a credit model allows teams with variable project volumes to perform visual testing on demand. A unified credit balance ensures all invited team members draw from the same resource pool, preventing account silos and maintaining testing readiness during critical review cycles.

How the credit system works

Here is the flow of rules governing credit allocation and usage:

  • Static image predictions: Generating a visual attention heatmap on a static image file (JPG or PNG) deducts exactly 1 credit from your active balance.
  • Initial free balance: New accounts automatically receive 5 free credits upon registration, enabling you to test initial design variations immediately.
  • Shared balance: All team members invited to your workspace draw from the same unified credit pool.
  • Credit validity: Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 1 full year (365 days) from the purchase date.
  • Upgrading to Unlimited: When an account upgrades to an Unlimited Subscription, credit tracking is removed and replaced by unrestricted prediction access.

Pro Tip

💡 Use your initial 5 free credits to test baseline designs across your primary communication channels. This helps your team assess average monthly usage and select the most economical credit bundle when topping up.
